You must not share credentials, bypass authorization, or attempt to access tenant data that is not assigned to your account.

You must use the services lawfully and must not upload malicious code, abuse APIs, disrupt availability, or violate data-protection obligations.

Any attempt to probe, scrape, or exploit security weaknesses is prohibited.

Pricing, billing cycles, trials, and refund terms are defined on the relevant product subdomain and plan pages.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the applicable product pricing and payment terms published at the time of purchase.

All platform content, software, trademarks, and branding assets remain the property of Achal Technologies or its licensors.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, republish, or distribute protected content except as permitted by law or written agreement.

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to maintain uptime and reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages up to fees paid for the applicable service period.

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, unlawful activity, non-payment, or actions that risk platform security or other users.

Upon termination, access may be revoked and data handling will follow applicable product policy and legal retention requirements.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes become effective upon publication of the updated terms page.

Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
